According to a marketing research by the Austrian Company Prospera Properties made especially for Investic LTD – the project investor – this part of the autobahn ensures an average daily annual traffic of 35 000 vehicles in one direction only.
The golf coarse situated nearby and the inhabitants of Ihtiman Municipality (20 000 people) guarantee the constant business of the motel.

The center is situated on an area of 34 000 m² and 400 m thereof face the Trakia Autobahn in the direction of Plovdiv. It consists of a shopping and motel section .
